 Hi, hi!

I'm Lilja, a visual novel (and games in general!) enthusiast. I've been posting my reviews on Steam, Backloggd and social media for a while now and I figured it was time to take things one step further and make a little blog to keep everything I write in one place.

I'm a fullstack/web developer so... there's pretty good chance this blog will go through way too many iterations design-wise before I decide it's "done". I swear I'm trying to keep things simple.

Anyway, welcome everyone! I hope you enjoy your stay and maybe find a few games worth adding to your backlog along the way.

About the blog:

You may notice while browsing through my reviews that they don't really follow a fixed structure. I'm not a professional reviewer and I mostly want a little corner where I can talk about the games I play, share my thoughts and have fun writing about them.

Because of that, some reviews might be much longer or more detailed than others. Some might have a very specific structure while others might just be me rambling about the things I loved (or didn't love) about a game. And if one review is shorter than another, it doesn't necessarily mean I cared less about it or put less thought into it.

I write these reviews in my free time, alongside a full-time job and everything else that life likes to throw at you. Sometimes I have more time, sometimes I have less. Sometimes I have a lot to say about a game, and sometimes I feel like I've said everything I wanted to say in a few paragraphs. And (of course) sometimes inspiration simply decides to not show up.

At the end of the day this blog is here because I enjoy playing visual novels, talking about them, and putting my thoughts into words. Hopefully, that also makes it a little more fun to read.
